If you ask to be added to our mailing list, we will occasionally email you updates about our conferences and events. If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

If you register to attend one of our conferences, you will be asked to provide personal contact information like your name, email address, company name, job title and phone number. We use this type of information to communicate with you about the conference and to better understand the overall audience demographics. In addition, you will be asked to provide credit card or payment information so we can process your registration.

The personal information you provide when you contact us will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any outside parties without your prior notice and consent.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
